Everything a clinic actually does

Not a generic CRM with pet fields bolted on. Every screen is built around the way veterinary teams already work.

  • Appointments

Day, week and list views with double-booking checks. Confirm, reschedule or cancel in one click.

  • Patient records

Species, breed, chip, allergies and chronic conditions — plus the full visit, vaccine and prescription history on one card.

  • Vaccine schedule

Automatic next-dose dates, overdue flags and one-tap 'applied' with lot number and vet.

  • Lab & prescriptions

Order panels, track pending → in progress → done, and get out-of-range values flagged automatically.

  • Inpatient care

Cage map, vitals charting, fluid orders and a treatment checklist your team ticks off through the day.

  • Inventory

Critical-level and expiry alerts, full stock movement audit trail, and value tracking at purchase price.

  • Billing & reports

Multi-line invoices with sales tax on retail lines, partial payments, and revenue, collection and service-mix analytics.

  • Roles & permissions

Vets, technicians, reception and managers each see and change exactly what they should — enforced in the database, not just the UI.

The assistant is wired directly into your clinic database

Type it the way you'd say it

It looks records up before it writes, asks which patient you meant when two names match, and always asks for confirmation before deleting. Every action it takes is shown in the chat so you can audit it.

  • Book Luna a vaccine appointment tomorrow at 2pm
  • Mark Cooper's DHPP vaccine as given
  • Which items are below critical stock?
  • Update Sarah Whitfield's phone number
Four commands, about a minute

Four jobs. Four sentences.

Open the real dashboard and hand every task to the assistant: ask what's on today, book an appointment, log an overdue vaccine, deduct stock. No forms, no menu-hunting — type it the way you'd say it and watch the screen update.

  • The actual product, not a mockup — running on sample data
  • Every task done by the AI, so you feel the time it saves
  • No account, no install, nothing saved

Questions clinics ask us

Do I need to install anything?

No. E-Vet runs in the browser. Your team signs in from any computer or tablet in the clinic.

Can I import our existing patient records?

Yes. Patient, owner and appointment data can be imported from spreadsheets during setup so you don't start from an empty system.

Who can see what?

Access is role-based. Vets get medical records and prescriptions, technicians get stock and treatment tasks, reception gets scheduling and billing, and managers get everything. The rules are enforced in the database itself.

Is the AI assistant making medical decisions?

No. It only reads and writes records you ask it to. If you ask for a dose or a diagnosis it will tell you that needs a vet's judgement.

What happens to our data?

It lives in your own database instance. You can export it at any time, and access is restricted to the staff accounts you create.
